Right of withdrawal

Principle

In the European Union, the United Kingdom and several other countries, the law gives consumers a 14-day withdrawal period (for example 7 days in Brazil) to cancel a distance purchase, without giving reasons and without penalty. This right applies to our services under the conditions below.

Exception specific to digital services

Our services are digital content supplied immediately after ordering. The law provides that the withdrawal right can no longer be exercised once performance has begun, where the consumer gave express consent and acknowledged losing the right to withdraw.

Concretely: at payment time, a separate checkbox asks whether you want immediate performance. If you tick it, delivery starts shortly and the withdrawal right lapses as soon as that performance begins. If you do not tick it, we wait until the withdrawal period ends before any delivery — you keep your right intact, at the cost of a delayed start.

How to exercise your withdrawal

Before the 14-day period expires, inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement: email to contact@fanboost.club or through our contact form, quoting your order number. The model form below may be used, but is not mandatory.

If delivery had not yet started, the order is refunded in full within 14 days of your notification, via the original payment method. If performance had already begun with your express consent, the withdrawal right no longer applies and the refund policy governs any delivery issue.

Countries without an equivalent statutory period

Where the law of your country provides no statutory withdrawal period, our commercial policy still offers a refund as long as delivery has not started, in accordance with our refund policy.
