The FanBoost refill guarantee

How refill on requests work

Offers that carry a refill guarantee — their card says so, with the duration in days — include protection against the natural decay of social counters: if part of the delivered units disappears during the covered period, they are topped up once you report it from your account area. The duration is the one shown on the offer when you buy, and it starts when the delivery completes. Offers without a guarantee say so before payment.

Tracking lives in your client dashboard: delivery progress, observed quantities, refills performed. You see the real state of your order at any time, without having to chase anyone by email.

What the guarantee does not cover

Three situations fall outside the scope, and we would rather write them down than discover them in a dispute. First, an account made private, renamed or deleted during or after delivery: there is then no way to verify what was delivered. Second, a second order for the same service from another provider on the same account, which corrupts the measurement of losses. Third, anything beyond the initially ordered quantity: the guarantee protects your purchase, it is not a growth subscription.

How the guarantee and refunds work together

A refill is always the first option when it can make up a shortfall. If you prefer a refund, or if the order definitively cannot be fulfilled, the undelivered share is refunded pro rata under our refund policy, to the original payment method.

One honesty point shapes the whole offer: platforms moderate artificial engagement and may remove part of it. That is exactly why the guarantee exists, with a contractual duration shown before purchase — not a promise of permanence that nobody could keep.

Social media services for the United States

The US version prices orders in dollars and keeps taxes visible in the final checkout calculation. It is intended for creators, local businesses and online brands working across a market where a neighbourhood account and a nationwide audience can require very different quantities.

A creator posting daily has a different baseline from a shop that publishes twice a month. Before selecting a quantity, compare the last few posts and note the normal spread between a quiet result and a strong one. That range is more useful than copying the package chosen by another account.

The configurator treats tier, volume and speed as separate decisions. Discounts appear when the quantity crosses a listed threshold, and the numbered invoice records the service and amount. Completing an order does not enrol the buyer in a subscription.

Standard delivery spreads activity over a longer window, which is usually easier to reconcile with ongoing posts. The profile must stay public and keep the same handle until completion. Progress is available through the order link rather than through access to the social account.

The service changes a visible count. It does not promise US sales, organic comments or placement in recommendations. may remove artificial activity, so the chosen tier includes a defined refill period and incomplete delivery is refunded pro rata.
