Purpose and acceptance

These terms of use ("Terms") govern access to the website sg.fanboost.club (the "Site") and its use by anyone who browses it or creates a client account.

By browsing the Site or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept all or part of these conditions, please do not use the Site. Purchases of services are instead governed by the terms of sale, available from the footer.

About the service

The Site is operated by Fanboost Club LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States), with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, États-Unis.

Fanboost Club LLC offers a social media visibility service: it lets you order social interactions (followers, likes, views, comments, shares) for public accounts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Spotify and Telegram.

Fanboost Club LLC is an independent provider, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these platforms, which are trademarks of their respective owners.

Access to the Site and client account

The Site is available free of charge, 24/7, except in cases of force majeure, technical difficulties or scheduled maintenance.

The client dashboard is accessed through a Google account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep access to that account confidential. You are responsible for any activity carried out from your session.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and in particular to order services only for accounts you own or for which you hold the express authorization of the account holder.

The following are prohibited: fraudulent or automated use of the Site, any attempt to circumvent order limits, any use infringing third-party rights, and unauthorized reselling of the services presented on the Site.

Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, graphics, logo, structure, code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Fanboost Club LLC or its licensors. Any reproduction, adaptation or exploitation without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The trademarks and logos of the social platforms mentioned belong to their respective owners; they are referenced on the Site merely to identify compatible services and do not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Limitation of liability

Fanboost Club LLC strives to keep the Site available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. Fanboost Club LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, business or reputation arising from use of the Site.

Buying social interactions breaches the terms of service of most platforms. This risk is disclosed on the home page: each client remains solely responsible for the content of their accounts and for any decision the platforms may take regarding them.

Changes and governing law

Fanboost Club LLC may amend these Terms at any time; the applicable version is the one published on the Site at the time of your visit. Contracts concluded before an amendment remain governed by the version accepted at the time of the order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, which continues to apply where it is more protective.
